Prior to Aimee’s career in real estate, she worked with Airbnb as a Superhost in Washington State. After her success as a Superhost, she was promoted to an Ambassador where she onboarded and trained Superhosts worldwide. She has provided 5-star experiences to hundreds of Airbnb guests and new hosts. However, before Airbnb, most of her career was spent living, and working, around the world for a non-profit organization.
Aimee is Originally from Alaska and later her family moved to Seattle. She then moved to England for five years and that move set the course for the following fifteen years. It was there she fell in love with non-profit work and pursued this career, training others around the world. She went on to call Germany, Hawaii, Hungary, Kazakhstan, South Africa, and Turkey home during those twenty years.
Working for an international non-profit organization provided the perfect context for her entrepreneurial spirit to flourish, problem-solving skills to be utilized, and opportunities for her relational and negotiation skills to be drawn upon. From this work, she developed a deep appreciation for the many people and cultures she worked with forging new programs and projects in many countries. Aimee’s international work took her to over sixty countries throughout Africa, Asia, the Baltics, Central Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
Aimee grew up traveling to Florida to vacation and spend time with extended family, and it was on one of those trips in 2022 that Aimee, her husband, and their four children decided to pursue their long-time dream of permanently relocating to Florida from Seattle Washington. Ormond Beach is an amazing place to call home!
